This is a very pragmatic approach to moving the process forward.  I am excited about developing the business models to show how the new technology can work within the existing economic structures to increase efficiencies of scale and scope for releasing the true power of carbon.

Interesting idea. I have one question:

Minimizing heat loss is one of the challenges facing this proposal. How are you proposing to reduce the effect of heat losses on an industrial scale, and how will that impact the profitability, payback and sustainability of the project?

Interesting question. One might assume that trading the waste heat could discourage the large industries to preserve their energy losses. the reality is, recovering the stack heat losses can be several times more profitable for an industry than selling it. However, despite all the merits of the waste heat recovery that large industries are well aware of, some still are resisting to go down that road simply beacons of the complications that are associated with application of waste heat recovery. In these cases, which frankly are widespread, it is within the best interest of an industry to sell out the waste heats.
